CATHARS - Exhibition

Nearly 300 objects are exhibited across the two sites hosting the exhibition, the Musée Saint-Raymond and the Couvent des Jacobins. These include exceptional archival documents lent by prestigious institutions such as the Bibliothèque nationale de France or the Archives nationales, unique archaeological artifacts, sculpted and painted works, and scientifically accurate historical reconstruction materials (costumes, weaponry).
Sound, digital, and interactive installations will enhance your visit experience. The fun, all-ages feature Trobador invites you to create your own chronicle of the Albigensian Crusade.
