Returning from a stroll along the River Garonne or following a hard day at work, nothing could be better than dropping in to enjoy a drink at the Grand Hôtel de l'Opéra’s cosy bar, settling down in comfort on one of the velvet armchairs.
Bathed in light from a conservatory that provides views of a 17th Century tower, the bar boasts elegant décor that is strongly influenced by the Venetian style and features some valuable masks. Noble materials, carpets and large mirrors endow this space with a welcoming atmosphere to provide a veritable moment of relaxation.

Wednesday to Saturday : until 11.30pm
Sunday : until 9.45pm
In-room massages
Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation with a massagist who offers a personalized massage session directly in your room. You can choose a duration of an hour or an hour and a half, solo or in duo. Services must be booked and paid for at least 48 hours in advance.
Gastronomic restaurant: Les Jardins de l'Opéra
The gastronomic restaurant "Les Jardins de l’Opéra" is independent from the hotel but is located within its inner courtyard. A Michelin star adress in Toulouse, it welcomes its guests in a modern atmosphere.
A round dining room dominated by a large conservatory overlooking the courtyard, here you can enjoy gastronomic cuisine lovingly prepared by Michel star Chef Stéphane Tournié.
The starred restaurant Les Jardins de l'Opéra has been awarded the Green Food label. It is the first establishment in Toulouse to obtain this eco-responsible label. Its chef, Stéphane Tournié, seeks to make his cuisine more sustainable. In particular, he wants to ban plastic from his restaurant
The restaurant is closed on Sunday, Monday (noon and evening) and Tuesday (noon).

Restaurant Brasserie - Le Grand Café de l'Opéra
Located in the courtyard of the hotel on the corner of Place du Capitole, this restaurant has recreated the atmosphere of a traditional Parisian brasserie. The entire team welcomes you in an elegant setting, with leather banquettes, mirrors on the walls and a large circular bar. In a warm and generous atmosphere, customers gather around a table to enjoy iconic dishes such as frog legs, beef tartare prepared at your table or the famous crêpe Suzette.
The charming terrace offers an oasis just a stone's throw from the Place du Capitole.
Open 7/7 from 12h00 to 14h00 and from 19h00 to 22h00.
A selection from the Brasserie de l'Opéra menu is available on room service for lunch from 12:00 to 14:00 and for dinner from 19:00 to 21:30. (except when closed and on exceptional dates: February 14 and December 31)

This is served buffet style in our ground floor dining room or served in "continental" form in your room (supplements available charged extra).
Our buffet breakfast is made up of charcuterie, cheeses, hot dishes (bacon, sausages), dairy products, fresh fruit, a selection of breads and pastries, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee, « Palais du Thé » teas…
Served from 6:45am to 10:30am on weekdays and from 7:30am to 11am at the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), on public holidays and during certain school holidays.
Breakfast served to your room available all year round from 7am to 11am.
We're offering you a snack menu of jars made by Terroirs Gascons, in a small artisanal workshop at the foot of the Pyrenees. They are prepared without additives or preservatives,using only natural, farm-fresh ingredients.
These jars are available 24/7, to order and collect directly from reception.
For lunch and dinner, we also work with la Brasserie de l'Opéra to offer you a selection from their menu, served in your room on the days and during the hours when the restaurant is open.
Le Capitole public car park is open 24/7 (hight:1.80m max): we can offer you preferential parking rates upon your departure, available on request at the front desk.
